RN New Graduate Program at Northwest Sahuarita Hospital in Tucson, AZ Positions will be full time working 12 hour shifts in an assigned department and shift. RN New Graduate Program at Northwest Sahuarita Hospital in Tucson, AZ

Positions will be full time working 12 hour shifts in an assigned department and shift.
The RN New Grad training will include 8 -12 weeks of program support and hands on/classroom training!

Program starts July 17th 2023

The RN New Grad program is an 8-12 week program guideline, including being supported as a new grad for your first 12 months.

Evidence-based curriculum that adapts throughout the first year of practice. Development of professional relationships through cohort experience and collaboration with peers, dedicated preceptors and educators in a supportive environment that allows new nurses to flourish!

A trusting and supportive environment that builds confidence and self- reliance by focusing on solutions rather than problems.

Growth in your clinical reasoning skills through simulation, case studies, role-playing, group discussions, self-reflection and active learning activities.

  • Must have RN License prior to start date

Opportunities will be available in select departments at each hospital location


Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education Required: Associates or Diploma in nursing program

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Required:

Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS

New grad RNs have 180 days to cert if ACLS or other cert required for dept.
