Network Technician Jobs

Landersonic is an American investment firm conducting leveraged buyouts to acquire telecommunications companies. We are seeking an equity-only highly motivated Telecommunications Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for the telecommunications industry and a deep understanding of telecom technologies, market trends, competitors, and business models. In this role the Network technician is also referred to as "Telecom Analyst" is responsible for providing insights and explanations to the board regarding the intricacies of potential acquisition targets, specifically clarifying the operational aspects and functionality of the target’s telecom products.

Responsibilities

• Providing insights and explanations on the operational aspects and functionality of potential acquisition targets' telecom products.
• Collaborate with the board to understand their requirements and provide detailed technical assessments and recommendations.
• Support post-acquisition integration efforts, working closely with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition and maximize operational synergies.
• Present findings and recommendations to the board, translating technical concepts into clear and understandable language.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the telecom industry, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify and assess target companies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure a comprehensive assessment of potential targets.
• Assist in evaluating the technical feasibility and compatibility of potential acquisition targets with the company's existing infrastructure and systems.
• Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and professional development in the telecom industry.
