Job Description
The Network Relations Specialist is a key role within the Network Operations function. The role is responsible for supporting Aetna’s provider network by facilitating new provider applications, managing provider inquiries and assistance requests, and ensuring provider data and demographic information is maintained current. The role is an individual contributor position, but part of a broader team of colleagues with similar responsibilities.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years related experience.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, problem
resolution and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of business segment systems, applications, and tools.
Desktop Tool experience - Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to business segment specific policy, benefits, plan and product design and language.

Education
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
