Job Description

Primary Tasks:

  • Work network tickets under the overview of lead Network Engineers and follow directions. Provide 100% positive end user support and feedback on tickets worked.
  • Work on problems of limited scope. Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data.. Build stable working relationships internally.
  • Learn to use professional concepts. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  • Do troubleshooting to resolve low level network connectivity (like end user IP, switch port settings, confirm IP connectivity)
  • Perform changes under the supervision of a higher Network Engineer and follow directions.
  • Set Host/desktop network configurations.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

MINIMUM

  • Associate’s degree or 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • No technical Certifications needed

TARGET

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • CompTIA Network You will report to the Network Operations Supervisor.
  • Professional IT Certifications
