Position Job Title: Neighborhood Contracts Coordinator


FLSA Status: Hourly/ Non-Exempt


Position Summary : The transaction coordinator position is to provide administrative and sales support communities within the division, producing high volume of contract The position requires being able to handle multiple tasks under deadline, and support the Community Managers and Sales Leader with additional support as needed.


Job Duties


  • Attend weekly site meetings and meetings with other site functions to understand entire customer experience.
  • Keep the model homes orderly and clean, and seek out items in and around the model home and that need to be addressed
  • Utilize company sales systems, including but not limited to Lasso, NewStar Sales and DSM.
  • Ordering and maintaining community collateral material as needed.
  • Produce daily NWHM’s contract process and prepare and deliver contracts to buyers.
  • Prepare and distribute reports as requested by the Community Managers or Sales Leader.
  • Participate in weekly escrow calls
  • Additional tasks or special projects as needed by Director of Sales
  • A working knowledge of all sales information at specific communities within the division. This includes but is not limited to pricing, lot availability, lot premiums, community amenities, HOA information, deposit requirements, and other sales information that is required.
  • The primary responsibility will be to support the Community Sales Managers and Sales Leader in day-to-day sales activities.
  • Onsite presence at sales gallery
  • Assist the Community Manager(s) with backlog and communication to the buyers.
  • Maintain a system for organizing prospect registration cards according to appropriate categories to ensure timely follow-up using the established system (Lasso).


Position Qualifications


Education


  • High School Diploma or GED required


Experience


  • One or more years related experience and/or training.


Skills


  • Follow directions from a supervisor
  • Comfortable working in computer systems daily
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Base Salary: The expected hourly rate for this position is $35 per hour Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on divisional and individual performance.
