Working under general supervision, the Contract Coordinator will collect and organize all existing business contracts. This individual will interact with external vendors and internal stakeholders at all levels and develop and deliver communication to multiple parties. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and coordinate the workload. Employees in this position may interact with their leader several times a week to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities may require their leader’s advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.


Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities


  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
  • Collaborate and communicate with multiple departments to capture contracts /accomplish project goals.
  • Plan and execute all aspects of the Contract Management project using Asana.
  • Uploading contracts and associated data into the contract management system.
  • Manage the project’s administration, including tracking and reporting the status of deliverables.
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems to stay on top of key items that can be referenced and called upon quickly if needed.
  • Manage the project, execute with excellence, and complete all work on-time.
  • Learn and understand how to use the SharePoint contract management system.
  • Maintain confidentiality.


BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE)


  • High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • At least 3 years of equivalent experience required; preferred administrative assistant support position.


Additional Qualifications (job Skills, Abilities, Knowledge)


  • Working understanding of digital literacy; proficient ability to use conventional computer software applications (e.g. Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email, etc.).
  • Proficient ability to establish relationships and work with all levels of individuals internal and external to the organization.
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate the values of excellence, dignity, telling it like it is in a way that can be heard; and curiosity, collaboration, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient abilities in professional writing, meeting summarization, presentation creation, scheduling, time management, and verbal/written communication.
  • Working understanding of general business administration practices and procedures.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools, Asana preferred


Compensation Range: $20.45-$30.68 USD
