- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
- Collaborate and communicate with multiple departments to capture contracts /accomplish project goals.
- Plan and execute all aspects of the Contract Management project using Asana.
- Uploading contracts and associated data into the contract management system.
- Manage the project’s administration, including tracking and reporting the status of deliverables.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems to stay on top of key items that can be referenced and called upon quickly if needed.
- Manage the project, execute with excellence, and complete all work on-time.
- Learn and understand how to use the SharePoint contract management system.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- At least 3 years of equivalent experience required; preferred administrative assistant support position.
- Working understanding of digital literacy; proficient ability to use conventional computer software applications (e.g. Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email, etc.).
- Proficient ability to establish relationships and work with all levels of individuals internal and external to the organization.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate the values of excellence, dignity, telling it like it is in a way that can be heard; and curiosity, collaboration, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
- Proficient abilities in professional writing, meeting summarization, presentation creation, scheduling, time management, and verbal/written communication.
- Working understanding of general business administration practices and procedures.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Working knowledge of project management tools, Asana preferred
