Multi-Site Continuous Improvement Manager

Beneva Group has recently been retained by a leading Electrical, Safety, and Infrastructure Solutions manufacturing company to identify their next Multi-Site Continuous Improvement Manager. Reporting to the Lean Director, this individual will be responsible for fostering, promoting, and deploying the company's business system as a change agent for Lean maturity at multiple facilities.

Qualifications:

• Excellent training, coaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Minimum of 7 years' experience within a manufacturing operation leading Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts
• Prior experience working in a Lean Business System / Production System
• Certified Lean Practitioner or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
• Ability to travel 25% to 60% of the time as business needs arise
• Strong ability to implement and develop Lean Daily Management, Leader Standard Work, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other Lean tools
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering (MfgE or IE preferred) or other related functional areas or work experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technology within Construction, Steel Tubing, Welding, or Stamping is highly preferred

Location: This position can be based in Atlanta, GA, or Toronto, Ontario. Relocation assistance is available.
