• Convention assets need to be scheduled and confirmed prior to the event.
• Coordinate with Andrew Bauman in upload and scheduling of these specific assets.

Entertainer Asset Creation & Export

Using the Admats provided on the Onelink by AEG, template each entertainment asset for the various display sizes:

• Encore Theatre Rotunda Right – 4608X1512
• Encore Theatre Rotunda Left – 5760X1512
• Standard HD Landscape – 1920X1080
• Pedestrian Bridge – 2016X672
• Encore Escalator – 1920X2160
• Standard HD Portrait – 1080X1920
• South Convention Superwide – 8640X1080
• Encore Marquee - 464X248
• Wynn Escalator – 3840X2160

Work with our contact in PR in implementing a review process so we have confirmation of assets when they go live.

Maintenance & Repair

Review new assets immediately when they are scheduled to go live. Create a checklist and keep a constant set of eyes on property screens to ensure all content is recent and displaying properly.

Report screen issues to the relevant department (IT, Yesco, Sound & Video) when there are equipment failures.

Provide assistance and support to the IT and Sound & Video Departments in correcting and updating assets when there is a player issue or hardware failure.

This position requires the employee to be on property for immediate assistance in the update of any incorrect assets, and to aide in any last-minute requests.

This position requires the employee to be on call for emergency updates after hours and weekends. Remote access will be provided to all platforms so emergency requests can be made without the employee onsite.

This position requires Marquee takeover events, which requires the employee to manually display content during a specific window, often an evening or weekend (infrequent)

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of video compression codecs and export
• Graphic Design background with experience in implementing company brand standards and guidelines
• Expert knowledge of digital signage display software, including Janus, Onelink, Analog Way, ViPlex
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder
• Experience using Asana for project management and assignment updates
