You Have:

• SAP experience a plus
• Flexibility to work 12 hr rotating schedule, nights, days and two weekends a month.
• 3 to 5 years of hydraulic and 12/24v electrical troubleshooting experience and certifications a plus
• Welding and cutting experience, certifications a plus
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• 3 to 5 years of heavy industrial mobile equipment maintenance and repairs, certifications a plus
• High school diploma or GED.

Your Purpose:

Perform all aspects of repairs to heavy industrial equipment which includes forklifts, loaders, boom grapples, boom magnets, graders, backhoes, sweepers, pickup trucks, UTV’s and cranes. Repairs include monthly PM’s, PDM’s, hydraulics, electrical, tire replacement, welding, cutting, fabricating, and all aspects of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Your Work:

• Repair, replace, and fabricate worn items as required.
• Lubricate and clean parts.
• To safely perform repairs to heavy industrial equipment from electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulic system troubleshooting and repairs, weld repairs, using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing equipment.
• Maintain communication with coworkers through two-way radio and hand signals.
• Maintain specific records of work performed, details of repairs, and materials usage in SAP.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the process code system and internal combustion system.
• Perform inspections, installations, and alignments of equipment, and basic troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and understand the 5S system.
• Assist in training coworkers
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a self-directed team with limited supervision in a fast pace work environment.
• Assist maintenance personnel as needed.
• Use a cutting torch to cut and layout basic designs.
