Job Title: Merchandising & Digital Asset Coordinator

Division / Department: Marketing

Reports to:Merchandising Director


Grendene & 3G Radar have come together to create a joint venture - Grendene Global Brands (GGB), which will focus on the expansion of the Grendene footwear product portfolio in the US, Canada, China & Hong Kong.The priority brands in the sandal category will be Melissa, Mini Melissa, Ipanema & Cartago.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Merchandising & Digital Asset Coordinator will play an important role in Merchandising, Trade & Brand marketing activation in the US Market.The role will be responsible to support merchandising & brand activities, as well as the planning, organizing & execution of trade shows for the GGB Portfolio. Also included, but not limited to; brand campaigns, asset requests, in-store and digital marketing activities, samples, and other marketing-related clerical support including budget administration, analysis, and reporting.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MERCHANDISING

  • Assist with compilation of product line sheets
  • Manage all samples across 3x brands, including organize office showroom, ship and track to external partners as needed, and coordinate with Brazil to maintain status of all salesperson samples
  • Develop various reports
  • Complete research / insight for seasonal briefs

MARKETING

  • Plan local / regional offsite events in support of sales meetings / launches
  • Be the point person for all image / asset requests from wholesale / internal partners.Work with external agency for additional support on resizing / formatting requests
  • Develop & manage brand presentations, update as necessary on a seasonal basis

TRADE SHOW SUPPORT

  • Manage sample delivery, graphic & literature creation and all registration information required
  • Support Brand Marketing Manager on the execution of annual tradeshows and work cross-functionally with the Marketing/Sales teams to deliver onsite brand presence from logistics coordination through post-event process.Be onsite to help manage logistics.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Strong listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Must have a high tolerance for quickly shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • At least 2 years business, marketing or trade show experience (footwear, fashion a plus)
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)

Office in Miami (Wynwood), FL.Hybrid working schedule.Some travel will be required.
