Merchandiser Jobs

Bernie Little Distributors is hiring Beer Merchandisers. This is a full-time position with a varied five day workweek. This position is required to work Saturdays and Sundays. Start time for Merchandisers can be as early as 4:00 am depending on the route and store requirements.

Merchandisers must be able to:

• Drive a company vehicle
• Lift cases of product weighing at least 20 lbs. or more on a daily basis
• Merchandise shelves and displays with signage and pricing
• Organize and restack backrooms
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Restock shelves, coolers, displays, end caps and other areas of the store
• Operate a manual pallet jack
• Maintain product freshness guidelines with proper rotation
• Maintain positive relationships with store personnel

The ideal candidate for this position will be an individual who can pay above average attention to details, will be concerned for the exact correctness of work, and possess a strong commitment to tasks being completed on time. Applicants must be self motivated and be able to work independently. The person in this position will take work seriously, have a strong sense of duty and be disciplined. The candidate must enjoy a stable work environment with consistent and repetitive expectations.

We are proud to distribute all Anheuser-Busch products, Constellation Brands, national and local craft beers, hard seltzers, hard ciders, wine, spirits, coffee, water, tea, energy drinks and more with Distribution Centers in both Eaton Park (Lakeland) and Sebring. Bernie Little Distributors sells and distributes over 1,000 various packages to nearly 1,500 customers.
