Position
Purpose:
The Merchandise Allocator is responsible for using a combination of analysis and market knowledge to complete inventory distribution and monitor in-season stock levels from product launch through RTV for both retail stores and wholesale accounts.
Reporting into the Director of US supply chain, this position will have strategic collaborations with global supply chain, merchandising, wholesale and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Set and monitor inventory goals by category, by store; lead inventory flow, replenishment and consolidations to achieve targets
Setup and maintenance of launch and replenishment tools for all product classifications and product lifecycles
Develop release plans to hit various launch date needs across individual retail stores and wholesale accounts
Handle stock flow from Spain; proactively advocate for the right amount of replenishment in market with the goal of growing sell through, inventory profitability and topline sales
Take ownership of weekly Supply Chain reporting; identify reporting gaps and develop new reports to fill
Find opportunities to create or optimize templates for allocations, inventory tracking and analysis
With Director, evaluate, test and apply global supply chain tools in market
Communicate with retail store teams on a regular basis to fulfill customer requests, general store needs and advise on product delivery status.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in fashion or business-related field, and at least two years of related experience in retail merchandising, logistics, supply chain or finance.
Advanced level of excel, retail math and systems experience required
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management, including the ability to prioritize and approach critical tasks with a sense of urgency
Ability to communicate and collaborate in a professional manner with internal, external and global teams
A self-motivated, great teammate with a passion for inventory and growing the LOEWE brand

The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000-70,000k annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
