Mental Hlth Cnslr-Intl & Outreach Focus / Social Worker Assistant

Mental Health Counselor-International and Outreach Focus (East Lansing, MI). Provide clinical services, initial consultation/screening, case management services, individual/couples/group counseling & therapy within integrated mental health setting for diverse student population and students in crisis. Deliver consultation services to international students.

Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related human services field; up to six months of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in counseling in a health/mental health environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
