Mental Health Technician (MHT) Position Summary:

We are currently seeking full-time Mental Health Technicians (MHT) for our Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit to serve as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about mental health or substance abuse patient care in a fast-paced environment with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience: One year of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred.

Certifications: Successful completion of CPR and Handle With Care certification; certifications may be obtained during orientation.
