We’re looking for a motivated and personable Membership Consultant (an experienced Sales Development Representative) to join our team. You will spend each day talking to potential members about the benefits of Compound. You’ll also spend time on your own finding creative ways to bring in more members.
What You’ll Do:
For individuals located in the San Francisco bay area, the expected cash compensation for this position is $60,000-90,000. Our total rewards package also includes equity options, insurance coverages, and a 401k plan with a 4% match.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify potential customers and research their financial needs
- Conduct ad hoc projects that improve Compound's lead generation playbook
- Facilitate the experience through our sales funnel, ensuring client needs are met as they’re connected with Financial Advisors, tax professionals, and other members of our team
- Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate resources and next steps
- Drive customer meetings for financial advisors through outbound emails and phone calls
- Experience working directly with high-net worth individuals, preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce and other relevant sales tools
- Experience in wealth management and personal finance, required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Openness to coaching and training
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Remote-first team with an office in San Francisco
