Job Description
  • Provide care as directed by the nurse or designee to residents residing in the facility.
  • Report observations related to resident care per facility standard.
  • Demonstrated compassionate, patient with a strong customer service focus
  • Maintain Knowledge of equipment set-p, maintenance, and use.
  • Conduct self in a professional manager in compliance with facility policies
  • Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
  • Work utilizing guidelines established by Lighthouse Senior Living policies and procedures.
  • Ability to show tactful compassion in high stress and emotional situations
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition both physically and emotionally.
