• Client Records and Billing
• Direct Client Care
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of services rendered utilizing agency EMR. Complete and document supervisory visits with the LPN and/or HHA per regulations.
• Required to have the ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, clients and visitors.

• Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate for the client's care and safety. Teach, supervise and counsel the client and caregivers regarding nursing care needs and other related problems of the client at home.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing to the extent required by the position.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured personal vehicle.
• Day shift Monday to Friday Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

• Friday Responsible for organizing, developing, and directing skilled nursing services in accordance with the standards and practice of nursing, state and federal regulations, and Knute Nelson’s policies and procedures.
