4 day weeks (3 day weekends), benefits/bonuses, medical/chiro office experience required,
$16-17 starting per hour based upon experience with a 90 day review.
Large and busy medical practice seeking medical receptionists for the Gilbert AZ.
Flexibility, professional appearance, communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment is required for this role. The office is fast-paced and requires attention to details while maintaining a welcoming presence for patients and their families.
Responsibilities/Requirements
Ensuring the front office is clean and presentable
Scheduling appointments
Collecting Copays/Balances
Assisting with patient questions
Answering phone calls in a professional manner
Greeting patients
Processing paperwork
Medical office experience is a plus
Critical thinking and problem solving skills is a must
