Description

Provides timely and courteous service to patients, physicians, and hospital staff by performing laboratory analyses accurately and efficiently. Detects unusual conditions and assumes responsibility for problem solving. Supervises technicians, students, histology staff, phlebotomists, and clerical personnel as needed.


Qualifications
  • Ability to type.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and on phone.
  • Bachelor of Science and clinical laboratory training culminating in national certification as defined by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Board of Registry.
