What you’ll be doing:

·Ensure appropriate and quality patient care is top priority.

·Collaborate with other agency programs to provide the most effective and individualized treatment possible.

·Work with staff to ensure continuum of care, coordination of services and open communication; ensure emphasis on strong teamwork.

·Be accessible to clinical staff for direction in handling client concerns, crises, and incident, which include providing guidance and direction oof reporting requirement.


What You’ll Need:

·Possess a bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or other closely related field.

·2+ years of clinical experience with the substance abuse and/or mental health population.

·2+ years of supervisory experience.

·Must maintain all laws and policies concerning confidentiality, security, and client rights as specified in HIPAA.

·Must maintain current certification and/or training in areas specified by state law and agency regulation.
