Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday - 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Some optional overtime
Weekend Work Schedule:
Will be on-call 6 months down the road after onboarding and training, and as a back-up within 1st year of employment
On-call rotation (volunteer basis) happens once every six weeks
On-call point of contact will carry the phone after a couple of years

What you will do
- Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc.
- Informing customers of receipt, shipping, and delays
- Participate in on-call responsibilities, evenings and weekends
- Prepare product for scheduled surgeries
- Perform safety inspections in transportation setting and prepare DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report)
- Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)
- Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages
- Assist in FQMS compliance
- Maintain account records, signing, reporting, and filing/scanning documents
- Work with FedEx for shipping and receiving
- Responsible for KIT inspections
- Processing incoming orders for materials, merchandise, or services
- Cross-train in other areas of the business
- Use computers to maintain accurate account records and shipment of inventory
- Interact with the team during service level investigations
- Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors
- Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle.
- Implement and support Quality initiatives
- Review overdue shipment returns and partner with dispatcher to schedule the return.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries
- Read maps, and route configuration.
- Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records.
- While representing Stryker you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for our representatives and customers.
- Support management in preparation for branch audits
- Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors
- Prepare, ship, receive and deliver products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel.
What you need
- 2+ years of experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree - preferred
- Valid Driver’s license with good driving record required
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed - preferred and possibly required over time
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs required
