Job Description

Title- Medical Device Tester I

Location - Irving, TX

Duration- 09 Months

Timings- 8am to 5 pm

Pay rate - $24/hr


Summary

Entry level to 3 years Skills: Must be proficient with the documentation of test results. Able to review software requirements and determine acceptance criteria.

  • Some laboratory or diagnostics experience desired.
  • Ability to demonstrate competency of computer skills.

Education:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline including Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Laboratory Science desired.
  • Duties: Software testing of a medical device used in testing body fluids. Verifies instrument functioning by checking and calibrating specific lab instruments and documents data.
  • On the job experience in Software Testing or Medical Device Testing or Life Sciences of more than 4-6 years without a Bachelors Degree.
