  • Assist in the resolution of escalated billing issues and disputes, collaborating with patient relations and other relevant departments to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in medical billing and RCM, and provide guidance and training to the team accordingly.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in support of the organization's mission and goals.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of billing and coding processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Supervise and manage a team of medical billers, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and consistently achieving their performance goals.

  • In-depth knowledge of medical billing processes, coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and RCM best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with medical billing software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and other healthcare technology platforms.
