Job Description

20/20NOW (”20/20”) is a rapidly growing company that is revolutionizing the way eye exams are performed today. Using state-of-the-art proprietary technology, 20/20NOW gives eye care and optical providers the ability to provide On-Demand, Comprehensive Eye Exams via Tele-Optometry

Our Mission is to preserve the standard of care for comprehensive eye exams while delivering greater access to care & lowering the cost of exams through meaningful innovation.

Healthcare revenue cycle management is the financial process facilities use to manage the administrative and clinical functions associated with claims processing, payment, and revenue generation. The process consists of identifying, managing, and collecting patient service revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify additional billing opportunities (missed billing, over and under charging, non-par providers
  • Denials Management
  • Responsible for Reviewing and resolving all Pre-Bill charges daily to ensure timely crossover for submission to payer
  • A/R Maintenance
  • Portal Vision Billing
  • Timely payment posting of EOBs and patient payments and reconciliation
  • Optometry Billing
  • Daily scanning of EOBs

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize, work independently and complete tasks assigned
  • Experience with following applications: Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Monday.com, Adobe Acrobat
  • Be a self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal direction
  • Portal Claims ERA/EFT experience
  • Can manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, reliable and responsible
  • Excellent oral written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
