Summary

Responsible for assisting patient in preparation of the physician's examination. Performs all needed patient triage and assessment, education and follow up requested by the physician and maintains appropriate records. Must be knowledgeable of insurance carriers, especially HMO. Must be able to develop a kind and patient rapport with the physician's patients. Provides all back office functions. Maintains a steady and productive work pace. Must be Bi-lingual-Spanish.
