NeuroClinic Nurse Float Pool 1 Supports the licensed healthcare team in performing clinic intake and assisting with procedures by organizing and managing clinic patient flow, gathering and documenting patient screening data, assist with patient and family education and communication with patient's health care team. Contacts patients over the phone and via patient portal to support telemed visits and provide care in conjunction with nursing team and providers.
