Position: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Orlando, FL

Job Responsibilities:

·Qualified candidates must be able to multi-task in different areas, read blueprints, work from drawings, and operate standard fabrication machinery (power tools, drill press, etc…).

·Minimum of 3 years in any metal fabrication capacity is a requirement. Candidates must also be able to work effectively both alone and as part of the team, be self-motivated, and pay extreme attention to detail. This position will also require assisting or leading on field installations, so you must be able to travel and to gain clearance to enter military bases.

·Experience in the fabrication and assembly of simulators is a plus, but not required. While this position is not initially for a supervisor role, we will be looking to put someone in the supervisor position for the Assembly Department soon. ISM does prefer to promote from within, so previous leadership and/or supervisory experience would be a big plus.

·ISM works on a 4/10 schedule and with limited occasional exceptions are closed every Friday-Sunday, so every weekend is a 3 0064ay weekend! The schedule for the manufacturing department is Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM with a 30 minute lunch each day.
