Nestle in Springville, UT is hiring industrial Maintenance Mechanics. The Springville, UT location is a Stouffer's Frozen Meals factory. Currently running 7 production lines. Maintenance Mechanic have 12 hr rotating schedules (days/nights).

Primary Responsibilities:
1.Support NCE/TPM in the factory, to include participation in NCE meeting (SHO, DOR, WOR etc.) and MWG participation
2. Gains knowledge on all basic production equipment in the plant.
3. Performs final assemblies on all equipment and pre-flight.
4. Maintains equipment by the use of PM systems.
5. Maintains accurate, precise records where required. This to include equipment logs, communication logs, P.M. sheets, job orders, etc.
6. Anticipates problems and takes corrective action prior to equipment failure.
7. Performs basic mechanic adjustments.
8. Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3 years of prior Industrial mechanical experience required or 2-year Technical Degree in Maintenance field such as Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance or related area of study AND 1 year of prioer experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.
2. Basic computer experience required.
3. TPM experience preferred.
4. Leadership experience preferred.
5. Good mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems.
6. Must be willing to work days or nights, weekends, and holidays.
7. Show basic knowledge of lubrication, fasteners and correct use of tools.
8. Show ability to operate and assemble equipment, make adjustments and minor repairs.
9. Lifting requirements exterting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently.
