Job Summary:

A Part-Time RN or LPN who is responsible to assist the MDS Coordinator with the overall supervision, coordination, maintenance and timely completion of the MDS, care plans and medical records for residents.

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000

What It Takes To Succeed?

• Current CPR certification.

• Experience with the MDS transmittal process and understanding of regulations impacting the MDS.
• In-depth experience and knowledge working with MDS computer software.
• Be passionate for providing the best care to the residents we serve.
• RN or LPN currently licensed by State of Indiana.
