GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The position manages and coordinates Maternal Health Grant and program related services. This position ensures Maternal Health Grant development, maintain data systems, and conduct data analysis for program improvement. The Maternal Health Grant Manager is responsible for ongoing development, compliance, training, implementation, and tracking of the Maternal Health Grant at Evara Health.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represents Evara at relevant local, state, and national meetings and conferences
- Strictly adheres to all Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, State, Federal and accreditation agency rules and regulations
- Assists in the development and modification of policies, workflows, and curricula to ensure compliance with HRSA
- Works with other Service Lines and Departments to improve coordination of care and workflows
- Works with clinical leadership and quality committees to develop clinical quality measures that align with maternal health improvement initiatives
- Synthesizes Patient Feedback survey responses and shares data with health center managers and quality improvement committee.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships and communication with potential and existing community partners
- Compiles and validates data for monthly health improvement initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maternal Health Program Manager Experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required: Experience in reproductive health, family planning, or maternal and perinatal health
- Preferred: Experience working with grants
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Additional State requirement as applicable
- Preferred: Experience working in a non-profit setting
- Preferred: More than (2) years as an RN in a Healthcare setting
- Required: Minimum one (1) year as an RN in a Healthcare setting
LICENSES, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION:
- Current BLS Certification
- Active and unencumbered RN License in the State of Florida
