Vacation: All regular full-time employees receive paid vacation according to the following schedule:
  • 7 – 24 years of service = 120 hours of vacation
  • 25 + years of service = 160 hours of vacation
  • 1 year of service = 40 hours of vacation
  • 2 – 6 years of service = 80 hours of vacation
Paid Sick: Sick leave pay is available to employees in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Master Technician subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Master Technician hourly flat rate $30.-$35. Average annual salary $75,000.-$100,000.

Responsibilities
  • Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins
  • Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer
  • Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended
  • Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician
  • Functions as a skilled-level technician who is able to perform diagnosis and repairs in all areas, in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repair, and who has previously worked as a B Class general service technician.
  • Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time
  • Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order
  • Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events
  • Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts
  • Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair
Qualifications
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
  • ASE technician certification
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize according to deadlines
  • 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
