As our Returns Analyst II you'll help to ensure the smooth flow of goods throughout the Nike marketplace. You'll contribute to the team by performing analysis on customer returns to determine validity, root cause of issues and to tell compelling stories to influence business change and drive resolution. This will necessitate your ability to turn data into information, analyze trends, create and communicate impactful presentations to cross functional business partners. You'll also develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with both internal and external partners, flexing your influencing and problem-solving skills. Professionalism, ability to communicate to various audiences and proactive/self-initiator skills will be imperative. In addition, you'll be expected to have a clear and thorough understanding of the customer's, as well as Nike's processes and identify and drive opportunities for process improvements.


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE:


  • Proficient in facilitating and leading meetings and conference calls with customers and internal business partners
  • Adept at managing multiple projects
  • 2-3 years' experience in order management or returns on a corporate scale
  • 1 + years' additional experience in at least one operational arena: Supply Chain, Logistics, Reporting or Order Management
  • Constant teammate behaviors and ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
  • High degree of personal responsibility, including being proactive, self-initiating and results oriented
  • SAP knowledge required
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain productive and positive working relationships
  • Strong ability to clearly articulate thoughts and opinions and to "tell the story" both verbally and in writing
  • Nike knowledge a plus
  • Proven ability to innovate and streamline business processes. Ability to make strong recommendations and have a clear opinion, supported by facts/information, to influence business decisions regarding your portfolio
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient analytical skills, including trend analysis, root cause identification and working proactively and creatively towards identifying solutions
