What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for a Marketing Tech Product Specialist to join the Growth team. You’ll lead a team of operators to program, monitor and maintain lifecycle messages across the Epic ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is passionate about process, documentation, workflow improvements, marketing tech and operational efficiencies. This candidate can support the various initiatives happening at once.
In this role, you will
- Coordinate across product, strategy and growth operations teams driving new feature development including requirement gathering from strategy, operations and analytics. This individual is responsible for being the liaison between the Growth Marketing Team and product / Engineering teams.
- Align with content, automation, development and analytics leads to measure and hit lifecycle goals
- Drive tool feature and functionality improvements through partnership and influence of marketing tech teams and their development cycles.
- Coordinate and support QA resources to ensure the tooling and campaigns function as intended end to end, input through output
- With your deep knowledge and technical expertise in the tool, propose and implement process/ feature optimizations, translation of technical specs into easy and understandable operator facing manuals.
- Be an expert on the programming and automation of customer-facing lifecycle campaigns and content across message surfaces using multiple proprietary tools.
What we're looking for
- A passion for games and/or 3D software and technology
- Foundational understanding of customer privacy and permissions regulations (e.g. CCPA, GDPR, COPPA)
- 5-7 years managing cross-channel lifecycle campaigns
- Project and or Program management expertise (e.g. Six Sigma, PMP etc.)
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Experience in marketing automation tools, like Braze, Adobe, etc.
- Experience working across functional groups including product owners, content strategists and analysis
This role is open to multiple locations (including CA, NYC, and WA).
