The Early Month On Book (EMOB) Marketing Team is responsible for the onboarding experience of all new consumer cardmembers. The Senior Associate will lead the ideation and execution of marketing strategies including launching new card products, improving the account opening customer experience, and optimizing messaging. This position sits within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders, and have the ability to lead through strong collaboration
- Flawless marketing execution in email, digital, and mobile channels
- Promote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control, procedures, and process exceptions while maintaining a customer-first mindset
- Analyzing data to provide insights into the strategy and initiatives that support our business goals.
- Manage reporting of channel metrics and KPIs.
- Partnering with various stakeholders support new product launches, product refreshes, and existing products.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment
- Be a results-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Creative Development with internal/external agencies
- Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Experience developing and deploying email campaigns required
- Bachelor's Degree required
