Marketing Assistant

Our award-winning social media agency is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our rapidly growing team! As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for growth and community management for Rossman Media as well as supporting our social media team with support work. Our ideal candidate will have a BIG passion for social media marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Create social media post/story calendars for clients
• Perform community management for client social media accounts
• Engage social media audiences to increase follower count and engagement ($1.80 Growth Strategy)
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Support social media team with tasks such as but not limited to manual posting on behalf of clients, market research, copywriting, concept generation, etc.
• Work with multiple project teams to coordinate content across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc).
• Conduct client competitor research.
• Assist Social Media Marketing Manager, Influencer Marketing Manager and Account Managers where needed

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 8:30-5 PST
• Well-versed in the use of all social media channels as a marketing tool
• Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
• Project management experience a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Practical experience with social media marketing
• Ability to identify risks and problems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agency environment
