Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The marketing assistant needs to be enthusiastic about providing healthcare to our community and working with our senior community. The assistant is responsible for maintaining customer service, setting up and coordinating events, set up and coordination for the senior center lunch’s and assisting the Marketing Manager with marketing duties and community outreach.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with executing event and party management.
  • Experience with working with the senior population preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, prefer in Healthcare.
  • High school diploma; or two (2) years related experience; or equivalent combination of the two.
  • Must have current and kept current throughout employment, drivers license.
  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or demonstrate medical or religious exemption.
SKILLS
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and takes a team approach to management.
  • Strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills.
  • Able to Problem-solve, negotiate and demonstrate independent decision-making.
  • Must have effective communication, facilitation, interpersonal and professional diplomacy skills.
  • Detail oriented with desire for producing work with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain strong skills in diplomacy, professionalism and trustworthiness.
  • Requires proficient computer skills that include Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word and able to use/understand other software as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written form.
PAY: $16.50-$20.63/HR DOE
