Responsibilities


The Marketing Specialist - Social Commerce will support the Express Community Commerce Programs by executing strategies designed to support growth. This position will be responsible for marketing execution and digital support, reporting & analytics, recruiting support, and other key areas required in running the Community Commerce programs .


  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with Social, Brand Marketing, E-commerce and other partners
  • Create, review, edit and continually improve and evolve Style Editor communications
  • Own monthly reporting and hindsight documentation
  • Review and approve or decline Style Editor applications
  • Respond to Style Editor inquires and troubleshoot issues with external 3 rd parties
  • Collaborate across functions to create, secure and organize all collateral needed for Learning Management System including marketing and creative assets, product knowledge and training/onboarding materials
  • Learn and assist in the execution of any other influencer related duties as the styling community evolves
  • Solicit seller feedback to prioritize changes to enhance the experience of sellers
  • Ensure timely and flawless execution of brand and program initiatives
  • Maintain and update Learning Management System, and optimize usage and materials with a focus on ease of use to increase adoption
  • Other essential functions as directed by your supervisor
  • Leverage community feedback to enhance tools provide to Style Editors and evolve training/onboarding over time to improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate with UX, IT and external 3 rd party to identify and recommend seller experience improvements


Required Experience & Qualifications


  • 2-4 years of experience in communications, retail marketing or related experience
  • Excellent time management, organization skills and attention to detail
  • Percentage of Travel 5-15%
  • Ability to thrive in a highly quantitative, fast-paced environment with changing business needs
  • Passion for retail, apparel and/or social selling
  • Type of travel: overnight
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the balance between business and customer needs; focuses on areas of highest potential Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Ability to utilize metrics/analytics to identify opportunities and measure results
  • Experience with a Learning Management System a plus and/or ability to learn and troubleshoot new technologies
