Marketing Specialist Jobs

The objective of all roles in Marketing is to engage in strategies and tactics that communicate our brand, generate demand, and lead to increased revenue.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute a variety of marketing efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and executing marketing campaigns, brand and product marketing, and developing marketing collateral.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns (including content development, creative, resources, collateral, advertising, event support, etc.)
• Creating content for all marketing channels, including social media, print, website, and digital (i.e., email, SEM, ad networks, etc.) and working with designers for creative needs
• Working with external partners to coordinate and develop curated content, such as guest articles
• Planning, writing, designing, and managing email campaigns

Required education, experience and qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience with content creation, email marketing, digital marketing, creative design, and social media
• Ability to clearly articulate thinking through short and long-form writing
• Excellent task and project management capabilities
• BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent in job experience
• Experience with services and/or apps such as Adobe CC, Canva, MailChimp, HubSpot, or experience with comparable tools

Preferred experience and skills:

• Creating and deploying marketing strategies
• Knowledge of analytics tools, ability to interpret data and communicate them clearly
• 2-3 years related experience
• Media production
• Strategic planning
• Campaign planning and leading marketing initiatives
• Work history in a regulated industry
• Track record of successfully managing projects
• Integrated marketing campaigns
• Work history in a health and wellness category
• Creative capabilities with experience providing guidance to designers for creative projects
• Familiar with Design Thinking and leveraging tactical empathy
