Job Description


Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Marketing Specialist (IngramSpark) to be a key part of our Marketing team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. This person must live in the local area.


The Marketing Specialist identifies and leads projects, from conception through execution, for select marketing programs to support the growth and expansion IngramSpark. Works independently to identify new opportunities, measure results, make recommendations on improvements to processes and marketing campaigns, and works with marketing and business leads to prioritize outcomes. Assists in writing in-depth educational content, print and digital collateral, multi-touch email programs, blog posts, newsletters and landing pages. Ensure accurate and timely implementation of assigned marketing promotions.

Required Qualifications:


  • Associate Degree or year for year directly related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years related marketing experience to include 1 year of digital marketing


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Experience with paid and organic search


Key Responsibilities:


  • Independently tracks, reports and provides optimization efforts on marketing initiatives to manager and business units.
  • Works with graphic design department to design, layout, and format materials to communicate marketing objectives.
  • Works to better understand customer objectives, identify process improvements, and create educational resources (i.e. videos, workflows, guides, webinars) to better enable customer success.
  • Writes educational marketing pieces, including monthly newsletters, emails, social media posts, digital and print advertising, blog posts and promotional collateral to drive target market to desired results.
  • Optimizes and coordinates digital assets, including video, social media and website content.
  • Develops and executes marketing campaigns that support IngramSpark growth strategies.
  • Assists marketing team with brainstorming, identifies and proposes new and better ways of connecting with audiences, and meeting tactical goals.
