Job Type: Contract


Compensation Range: $50 - 60 per hour


Our client is seeking a results-driven Loyalty Program and Marketing Manager to join their team and lead the development and growth of one of our company's loyalty programs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, select clients, set up loyalty programs, and plan and execute promotions. This role requires expertise in loyalty programs, project management, and marketing, with a focus on delivering clear results and driving effective customer experiences and return on investment (ROI).


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee loyalty program development and growth including definition, design and execution.
  • Ensure the project encompasses best-in-class loyalty program features and customer appeal.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to determine loyalty program features, technology/data needs, and design and translate those into functional requirements.
  • Ensure quality throughout the entire project including QA and user acceptance testing.
  • Lead teams thru promotion planning, client check-ins and ensure deliverables and timelines are being met.
  • Assist in the set up of promotions including set up, creative development and QA.
  • Regularly provide overall project status to senior leadership as well as identify any dependencies and risks quickly
  • Engage and work closely with IT and vendor to build out design, improvements, new integrations and functionality.
  • Set up A/B promotional tests to prove revenue incrementality around frequency, dayparts and other key KPIs


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading major enterprise projects, demonstrating the ability to organize and manage multiple work streams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, project/program management across multiple organizations, with a proven track record of driving clear results and actions.
  • Results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience and driving measurable ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Marketing Strategy
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Skills:
  • Strong expertise in loyalty programs and development, with a deep understanding of program design, customer engagement strategies, and retention tactics.
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Creative thinking and innovation mindset, with the ability to ideate and implement new ideas and strategies for program growth and customer engagement.
