You'll develop and execute multi-channel product marketing campaigns to support the growth of our distribution-based business. As a member of our dynamic marketing team, you'll assist with strategy and own the tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade shows in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and our global sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with product development teams to translate technical content into value-driven marketing content and high impact product launches
• Work with PR agencies to develop articles, press releases, and media opportunities
• Manage and coordinate regional, national, and global trade show schedule
• Conduct market research and develop competitor brand profiles
• Contribute to, and manage, execution of MarCom plans
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and other digital platforms
• Study campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI
• Develop relationships with distributors and support partnership marketing initiatives
• Support sales team with sales collateral, presentations, price lists, product information, and distributor communications
• Collaborate with graphic designer, product managers, engineering, and outside agencies to deliver high-impact content that resonates with target audiences
• Manage list development, customer relationship management, and information mining for lead nurturing campaigns
• Assist in creating engaging, unique, and thought-provoking content including: white papers, case studies, sales tools, videos, trainings, datasheets, and more

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Two years of B2B marketing experience
• Experience with customer relationship management, email marketing, and social media

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and approach tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, while being agile enough to pivot as needs change or priorities shift
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience with SharePoint
• Strong reasoning skills and expertise in leveraging data to facilitate informed decisions
• A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with distribution channels
• Creative problem solver with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
