Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm


Pay: $60-70K/yr


Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (100% paid for Employee, 50% paid for Family), 7 Paid Holidays, 401K with 4% Company match, 2 weeks Paid Vacation, Sick Time accrued 1 hour per 40 hours worked


Required Qualifications


  • Outgoing, friendly and comfortable speaking in groups
  • A portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing preferred
  • Familiar with all social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
  • Creative thinker and energetic personality
  • Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Experienced in making a variety of marketing materials: newsletters, brochures and invitations
  • Skilled using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent grammar, editing and proofreading skills
  • Proven understanding of marketing concepts and practices
  • Website management experience
  • Graphic Design, photography and videography skills preferred
  • Strong communication skills: written and verbal
  • Google Certification in digital marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and other marketing tools.


Essential Job Functions


  • Manage all lead sources
  • Create spreadsheets and reports as needed
  • Plan community outreach activities and maintain these relationships with key businesses and organizations
  • Publish newsletters, website and other marketing materials
  • Professional development and continued education in relevant areas
  • Manage all social media accounts: creating content and tracking activity
  • Event coordination and planning
  • Order badges, business cards, marketing collateral
  • General website updates and enhancements, e.g. new pages and calls-to-action placement
  • Answer calls as needed and provide exemplary customer service
  • Focus on SEO and keyword strategies to maximize SERP rankings
  • Monitor and measure the success of our content strategy (i.e. increased engagement, customer acquisition, website traffic, etc.) and identify, analyze, and report on trends to our internal team, using analytics to track progress
  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Creating copy for landing pages for lead generation
  • Develop new marketing materials that include digital media and printed ads
  • Manage direct mail campaigns including themes, organizing mailings and tracking results
