Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Representative to join our team! You will assist with meeting planning and events, running the technology for various internal and external meetings, and general office duties. This position reports into the AVP of Producer Relations and supports the Executive and the Sales teams and the Project/Event Manager. We are open to recent college grads. Come join us!

This position will be based in our Marlborough, MA office

Key functions include but are not limited to:
  • Work with Marketing and Producer Relations on gifting for events and occasions; order awards for employees and producers
  • Assist with meeting planning, events planning, and sales events
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team in the development of meeting materials such as agendas, tent cards, name tags, etc.
  • Assist in planning company meetings and events
  • Work on a wide variety of internal and external ad hoc projects as needed
  • Assist our sales team with events, and other tasks as needed
  • Provide support for various symposiums and events, including maintaining registration lists, handling guest requests with hotel, coordinating outside activities, mailing of conference materials, gifts, and awards
  • Provide support when needed to the Executive and Producer Relations teams, including internal and external meeting and broker/client visit coordination and preparation, running and circulating sales production reports, and submitting expense reports
  • Provide office administrative support, as needed
  • Run the technology for internal and external virtual meetings and events
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (we will consider recent college grads looking for an entry level opportunity)
  • 0-2+ years’ experience working in a business environment; and/or internships or summer jobs
  • Must be system savvy-willing and able to learn new technology
  • Must have solid Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Must have a positive attitude that helps to establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to multi-task, shift between tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and excellent grammar skills
