Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

Pay: $46 - $48 /hourly + benefits

Work hours: 8 am-5 pm

6-month W 2 contract

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate efforts with partners from across the business to achieve project goals
• Foster highly engaged and collaborative partnerships with internal cross-functional teams
• Oversee marketing and communication projects from start to finish
• Accountability of the end-to-end project plan
• Develop strategic project plans based on program objectives in collaboration with business unit partners
• Manage competing priorities and timelines across the cross-functional project team
• Maintain detailed project plan status and associated reporting metrics
• Utilize multiple platforms, such as Workfront (PM Software tool), for organizing, tracking, and managing projects
• Manage timelines and ensure project delivery aligns with strategy, schedule, and budget
• Schedule and facilitate project status and kickoff meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across various groups and functions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Demonstrates strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Healthcare experience
• Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience
• Workfront experience
