Location- Reynoldsburg, OH

Pay Range: $40-48/hour

This is a Management level position responsible for overseeing various marketing print materials and activities with the intent of building the brand. Designs and executes marketing programs, partnering with various departments (circulation, creative, merchants etc.). Analyzes data and identifies key issues/opportunities to build the brand.

Other Responsibilities:

• Creative thinker who can guide the adaptation of key marketing activities, launches, local holidays and high traffic moments with respect to cultural differences while staying true to the brand
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Visual/Store Ops/MP&A) to drive 360 campaigns
• Great communicator to share global learnings and inspire partners to build brand awareness locally
• Understand customer and key business drivers within each region and influence the partner to optimize marketing opportunities

Must Have:

• Fluent in French and/or Spanish preferred
• Fast thinking and fast acting
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Flexible, innovative and creative – a problem solver who recognizes opportunities and quickly turns them into recommendations
• 5-7 years’ experience across multiple marketing channels, preferably with International experience
• Ability to travel as necessary
