About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns across digital channels. Your goal will be to drive customer acquisition, increase conversion rates, and maximize return on investment (ROI) through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, a deep understanding of performance metrics, and the ability to effectively manage and optimize marketing campaigns, especially through email marketing and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, automation, and performance tracking, to optimize customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase conversion rates, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct extensive market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target audiences and optimize campaign targeting and messaging.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to proactively identify new opportunities and innovative strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure effective campaign execution and drive business results.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and optimize landing pages, ad copy, creative assets, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend new marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing channels, such as email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising
  • Proven work experience as Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in digital marketing (in-house experience a plus)
  • Proficient in using performance marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software (Hubspot experience a plus)
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative ideas to drive performance improvements.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Physical Demands 

  • This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting (≤25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. 

Work Environment

  • The office work environment can be boisterous.   
  • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation
  • Attire is business casual. 

Salary 

The salary range for this position is $80k- 140k (Depending on experience)
