Adecco Creative & Marketing is in search of a Marketing Manager for our globally well known transportation and ride share client in San Francisco, CA. This is a full time hour temp role, hybrid in the San Fran Bay Area, the ends of the year. Please only local candidates apply.
About the Role:
This person will be responsible for both contributing to and executing against SEM or Apps (Google App Campaigns/Apple Search Ads) campaign strategy on a global scale and for the company's different lines of business. This includes, but is not limited to: keyword management, creative optimization, launching new campaigns, experimentation, bidding, and reporting. You will work closely with other marketing managers on the team as well as cross-functional partners and will need to be able to clearly communicate progress to your stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Understand best practices, drive for process improvements, and find new ways of operating, with a focus on productivity.
- Understand and translate business needs into campaigns, with a focus on building campaign strategies that scale.
- Partner with teams across performance marketing including Creative, Product, Applied Sciences, Engineering, & Business Teams
- SEM, Google App Campaign, and Apple Search Ads campaign management globally for the company's different lines of business across both B2B and B2C.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery and optimization of SEM and App campaigns including keyword builds, negative keyword management, bidding, creative management & testing, experimentation, & reporting.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience using Excel or SQL
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- An understanding of web and app media buying, tracking, and attribution
- A self-starting and ownership attitude to seize opportunities that'll make an impact
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey the why and how behind the what
- 3+ years working in SEM and/or paid channels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with incrementally testing and experimentation
- Technical understanding of marketing and analytics technologies associated with the role.
- Global campaign management experience
- Experience with app-based businesses and building campaign strategy for campaigns driving to app store and web
- Robust report generation skills
