Job Details


Overview Of Responsibilities


  • Manage social media posts.
  • Serve as the frontline team member for initial questions, requests, and other in-person, phone, and email inquiries.
  • Create marketing campaigns to maximize community outreach.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • In support of donor events, assist Strategic Consultant as needed with logistics and execution, including email blasts, guest list development.
  • Manage and maintain the donor database including implementing and maintaining best practices for record keeping.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for events, donor appeals, and solicitation.


Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities


  • Ability to independently determine priorities, maintain activity on many projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a high degree of accuracy in donor records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, act creatively, and embrace change.
  • Skilled in developing key relationships with individuals.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Create, manage, understand, and execute coordinated social media posts.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing and outreach experience, preferably in a non-profit.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
