I am currently partnered with an international Medical Device CMO searching for Marketing Manager to join their team in the USA. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute various marketing initiatives to position products, drive brand loyalty, and foster customer engagement. You will be responsible for key marketing functions such as positioning, advertising/campaigns, tradeshows, public relations, website content, and strategic development. Additionally, you will gather market intelligence, perform competitive analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize marketing metrics, analytics, and KPIs to track and measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure website content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for customer engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage public relations activities that enhance our brand image.
- Gather market intelligence and conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for differentiation.
- Foster relationships with industry leaders, market influencers, and media to enhance our brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow market share and generate brand loyalty in both new and existing markets.
- Drive product awareness through impactful positioning, compelling advertising campaigns, and effective tradeshows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to gather and present key information to support decision-making processes.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, product management, or similar roles, with a track record of driving results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing programs and promotions to external customers.
