We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing influencer campaigns, UGC creators, and social media platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and resourceful individual with superb organizational and project management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute influencer campaigns, including identifying and recruiting suitable influencers, negotiating partnerships, and tracking campaign performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee the planning and execution of social media and paid campaign creatives across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality content.
- Collaborate with UGC creators to develop engaging and authentic user-generated content that resonates with our target audience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, identifying opportunities to incorporate them into our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and social media management platforms is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on influencer campaigns, UGC creators, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
- Proven track record in successfully executing influencer campaigns and managing relationships with influencers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with customer communication and lifecycle marketing - strong advantage
- Experience working in B2C tech companies - strong advantage
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - an advantage
The position is remote within the US, can be full or part-time.
